Returns & Refunds
For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned. Damaged or wrong items are always replaced.
Damaged or wrong item. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos. We'll ship a replacement free of charge or refund your order, whichever you prefer.
Unopened returns. If you've received an unopened, sealed pod and changed your mind, contact us within 7 days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive the item back.
Opened pods. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened fragrance pods cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund timeline. Once approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
